1. Order Policy

All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Please carefully check size, colour and style before placing an order.

Due to the nature of bridal and personal items, changes to the order after checkout are not available.

Customized or adjusted items are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Train customization for made-to-order bridal gowns (up to 1 metre longer than the sample design) is provided FREE of charge.

2. Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a faulty product.

Bridal Crowns & Accessories (within Australia):

Made-to-order Bridal Gowns (main bridal collection):
🕒 Approx. 4–6 months

Off-the-Rack / Sample Sale Gowns:
🕒 Approx. 3 weeks

📍 Shipping Details

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address.

If the address is entered incorrectly, reshipping costs will apply.

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delays or damages in transit become the courier’s responsibility, but we will assist with all follow-ups.
