Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy

For hygiene and quality control reasons, returns are only accepted under strict conditions:

Eligible Returns

1. Incorrect item received
Must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.

2. Damaged item upon arrival
Must be reported on the same day with visual proof.
Item must not be worn, altered, or used.

3. Product not matching the description
Must be proven with valid evidence.

❌ Non-Eligible Returns

Change of mind

Wrong size chosen by customer

Any signs of wear, makeup marks, perfume, stretching or damage

Bridal accessories (tiaras, veils, earrings, hairpieces) – hygiene reasons

Sale or discounted items

Customized or altered dresses

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect resellable condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and hygiene seals must be intact.

Return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Approval is issued only after inspection by our Quality Control Team.


> If any of these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.


3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (initial + return shipping) are non-refundable.

If the item fails QC inspection, it will be returned to the customer with no refund.
